This Privacy Policy explains how SolvEnjoy ("SolvEnjoy", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games and visit solvenjoy.com.

Information we collect

• Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, language, region, crash reports, and in-game events such as level progress and session length.
• Identifiers. A device advertising identifier and/or an app-generated identifier, used for analytics and advertising.
• Purchase data. Records of in-app purchases. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google and never reach us.
• Support correspondence. If you email us or use the form on our website, we receive your email address and message.

We do not ask for your name, physical address or phone number, and our games do not require an account.

How we use it

• To operate, maintain and improve our games
• To diagnose crashes and technical faults
• To measure how features are used, in aggregate
• To deliver and measure advertising, where applicable
• To answer support requests

Our games include third-party SDKs that may process data as independent controllers under their own policies:

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@solvenjoy.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You can reset or clear your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

Data retention

We keep analytics and crash data only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, and support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and where required we will seek your consent again.
