These Terms govern your use of the games and services provided by SolvEnjoy ("SolvEnjoy", "we", "us"). By downloading or using our games, you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control. We retain all other rights.
What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the games, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
- Use cheats, bots, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an advantage
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the games or any part of them
- Use the games unlawfully, or to harass or harm other players
In-app purchases
Some games offer virtual items or currency for purchase. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed rather than sold to you. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms; refunds are handled by them under their respective policies.
Availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue any game or feature at any time. We do not guarantee that a game will remain available indefinitely or be free of interruption or error.
Disclaimer and liability
Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using our games at any time by deleting them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO: country of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
